What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, any phone number you provide, and the details of your enquiry. We do not buy or sell contact data.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation, and where relevant to deliver agreed work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or performance of a contract once we are working together.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as legal, tax and professional obligations require, then deleted.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. Information may be processed by the email, document and hosting providers we use to run the business, and disclosed where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@yewthrive.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
